Everything started out with a bang, the popular Senator Jim O'Connor finds a dead reporter in her apartment. Things quickly fall apart for Jim as it appears more and more that Jim is the killer. The beginning pulled me in but the story line quickly moved to a bunch of fluff and got super slow. If not for the fact I wanted to know who the murderer was I would have stopped reading at around the half way point.
Sad to say I am still on the hunt for a good mystery.
